What is Goal Tracking?

PushEngage is now live with the Goal Tracking Feature for Web Push Campaigns. As we focus on making the marketer's task easy we have now launched the Goal Tracking feature which will help to check the performance of the campaign with better analytics and help you analyze and optimize your campaigns, as well as measure true ROI.

With Goal Tracking, you can track the ROI of your campaigns. For e.g create a goal tracking for purchase event on your site, with revenue as its value. It can track both the number of conversions as well as the $ value of sale. Based on this you can calculate the ROI.

Similarly, if lead generation is your target, you can track the total leads generated from particular campaign, say a form abandon notification campaign, as well as assign a value per lead to identify how much worth leads you obtained.

If you are running several triggered campaigns at a time for different categories and you want to test which of them is working best, you can make use of the Goal Tracking. For example, if you have added coupons for extra discounts in one of the cart abandonment campaigns and coupon code for free delivery in another one.

This will give clarity on which campaign is working best for your website . With the Goal Value you can check the number of users who made maximum purchase and you can use the same template of the campaign for the upcoming sale as well. Not only in cart abandonment, but the Goal Value can be tracked for Drip Automation and other Triggered Campaigns as well.

The Goal Values will help you do an A/B Test among the Automated Campaigns where you can have different Trigger limit, messages, scheduled time and attributes. Using the analytics, the performance of the campaigns can then be analysed.
